The planning authority for the parish of Loughton and Great Holm is Milton Keynes Council.  Current applications and appeals can be viewed by clicking on the blue link:

Milton Keynes Council is the only local authority that can make decisions on planning applications. Loughton and Great Holm Parish Council is entitled to comment on planning applications, but does not make the final decision on them.

Loughton and Great Holm Parish Council receives notification of every planning application that affects the Parish, and applications are considered at the next meeting of the Planning Committee or at Full Council. Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings.

Members of the public can also submit their own comments to Milton Keynes Council either by post, email or using the online planning portal.
