We are immediate neighbours to No 4 Holt Grove. The owners of which have submitted a planning application you are considering on 12th May.
They have supplied us with a copy of their plans and we have been in friendly negotiation with them.
We expressed concerns to our neighbours regarding the current plans submitted in respect of the proposed garden room and garden store.
We have reached a compromise agreement with them and their architect will be submitting new plans as soon as possible.
They have agreed to amend the shape of the garden store and not to erect the garden room. We are awaiting the new plans and will be attending the meeting on Monday.

RE: 1 Whitworth Lane
I hope that the planning committee will look at the potential safety issues regarding the relocation of the entrance to this property from a wider part of the lane to the narrowest and on the inside of a bend with reduced visibility.
