Loughton Parish Council has adopted a new logo. The old logo contained a description of the areas contained within the parish which was out of date due to boundary changes which included West Rooksley and Elfield Park within the parish. The old logo also contained the old website address for the Parish Council which has changed following the new .gov website domain.
The new logo looks like this
There is also a long banner type logo of a similar design.
The design of the new logo includes the new website address and also continues to feature the icons of the obeslisk in Great Holm and All Saints Church, to reflect the two residential areas of the parish. The leaf is a symbol of the trees and green spaces in the Parish.
The designer of the logo is Mr Stephen Cartwright of Eyetooth Art, a firm specialising in graphic design.
