Councillor Todd is the current Chair of Loughton & Great Holm Parish Council.
He has been a member of Loughton & Great Holm Parish Council since 2010 and has been Chairman since May 2011.
He lives in Church Lane, Loughton and works full time as a partner in a firm of solicitors in Euston, London NW1.
