Sandra has lived in Great Holm since 2006, prior to that she lived in Great Linford from 1989, and grew up in Deanshanger and can well remember when Great Holm was a series of fields, without the lake.
Sandra has 2 grown up children who live in Milton Keynes.
Her husband Seamus works for Network Rail and she works as Finance & Admin Manager for an Engineering Company based in Old Wolverton.
Sandra and her husband Seamus and love gardening and enjoy the open spaces in Milton Keynes with especially the Linear Park System, and they value the redways and the opportunity that they give for families with prams, youngsters to ride their bikes and for wheelchair users to get out into the countryside away from the dangers of road traffic.
She has helped with lots of clubs that her children have been involved in. Her son is very sporty and they have set up a Football Club in Great Linford when he was aged about 6. They received help from the Parish Council with funding for goal posts and renting training facilities which enabled them to make sure that children from all sorts of backgrounds got the chance to be involved in a football club and to play football at their own level. Her daughters are involved in gymnastics, synchronised swimming and later skydiving.
Sandra is currently involved in the running of Stratfield Park Leisure Centre and has helped the Great Holm Neighbourhood Action Group with bulb planting and bollard painting.
Sandra likes to get involved with local community issues and has a very pro active approach
