By teaching you how to do CPR and use a defibrillator (AED) – FREE

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

A medical training company in Milton Keynes who specialise in training healthcare professionals in their essential skills such as resuscitation –  have a huge team of nurses and paramedics who provide training on a nationwide basis.  However, for MK50 they have launched a ‘Saving Lives in Milton Keynes’ campaign to offer free CPR training to ‘non-healthcare’ groups such as schools / businesses / communities / sports groups/ friends or parent groups – anyone who lives in Milton Keynes. They will also be including ‘how to use a defibrillator’ in the session as there are more and more public access defibs around Milton Keynes now.

They are offering two free sessions each month and are asking people to submit their request to them and will pick two names out of the hat each month.

This is their way of putting something back into the community and helping to train more people, raise awareness and ultimately help save more lives!

If you have any questions about the campaign or if you would like to put your organisation in the hat please get in touch.

Winners of the April draw were Redway Runners and Willen Football Club

The next draw takes place on 15th May

“Strengthening the community response to cardiac arrest by training and empowering more bystanders to perform CPR and by increasing the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) at least doubles the chances of survival and could save thousands of lives each year”
